We are seeking a Jr. Architect with 3 to 4 years of experience in design coordination within the real estate industry. The role involves collaborating with external consultants, reviewing GFC drawings, and managing project documentation.

Qualifications:

• B.Arch with relevant experience in a real estate company (not consultancy/architect firms).
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, MS Word, Excel, and SketchUp.
• Experience in design coordination and documentation.
