A reputed company in Bangalore specializing in cutting-edge technology solutions is looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage non-IT hiring for in-house roles.

Role Overview:

• Source and screen candidates using Naukri & LinkedIn (access provided).
• Headhunt for Business Development Managers, ITI/Diploma (Electrical Engineering), and BE (EEE) freshers.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently.

Qualifications:

6-10 years of experience in non-IT recruitment.
Proven expertise in headhunting & sourcing.
Strong interpersonal & stakeholder management skills.
