Scope of the Job:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing key accounts within the electrical products industry, focusing on Earthing and Lightning Protection Systems (LPS). You will engage with existing clients, prospect for new business, collaborate with internal teams, and develop tailored marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients and generate new leads.
- Review RFQs, technical specifications, and work on pricing strategies.
- Monitor competitors and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
- Report on forecast & target achievements weekly.
Qualifications:
- BE/B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics.
- 0-3 years of experience in sales and marketing of electrical products.
- Experience in key account management and handling B2B/B2C sales.
- Knowledge of Lightning Protection & Earthing is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel (3-4 days per week).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
