JOB SCOPE

Role : Cyber Security Assurance Officer

Reporting to Head of Cyber Security Assurance. Cyber Security Assurance is responsible on establishes, manages and administers Bank's information security policy and procedures to ensure preventive and recovery strategies are in place, and minimize the risk of internal and external security threats.

Responsibilities

• Perform Cyber Security Assurance Tasks;
• Development and delivery of information security training material;
• Develop of procedure and process;
• Develop and review security hardening;
• Provide security awareness sessions to all staff;
• Review and approval ITSM ticket system;
• Perform risk assessments;
• Support the establishment of program control processes to ensure risk mitigation;
• Assist in the implementation of required policies, procedures, and configurations;
• Task assigns by management 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated bachelors degree of Information Technology, preferably in the field of Computer Science;
• At least 2 years experiences in Cyber Security, and system, network, database and web/programs;
• Good understanding of Technology Risk and Information Security policies and standards
• Developed knowledge in Regulatory Compliance obligations;
• Experience in IT Security and banking, with focus on IT assurance and IT process, risk management;
• Good understanding of Technology Risk and Information Security policies and standards;
• Having high level of confidentiality, integrity and business ethic;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop acceptable solutions for the business;
• At least certified on COBIT and other security framework;
• Knowledge of SWIFT Framework, ITIL, COBIT, CISA, ISO, PCI DSS and other security frameworks;
• Skills in security assessment;
• Knowledge in security governance;
• Concept in security hardening;
• Knowledge of IT Security auditing processes;
• Good verbal and written English skills to present to senior management and time management skills;
• Ability to drive and manage own workload and operate within defined deadlines;
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines; and
• Be able to carry out multiple assignments.
