Job Title: Shift In-Charge Production

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Shift In-Charge to oversee day-to-day production activities, manage a team of process controllers, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and safety norms. This role ensures smooth operations, coordinates with quality and maintenance teams, and plays a key part in plant performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute production as per SOPs and log sheets through process controllers

• Plan and prioritize shift tasks, ensuring safety and operational efficiency

• Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance for seamless operations

• Guide and train process controllers; maintain production records

• Report deviations and support corrective actions in coordination with superiors

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. / BE in Chemical Engineering

• 4-6 years of experience in chemical manufacturing

• Strong understanding of plant operations and safety practices
