Reporting Manager: General Manager

Roles & Responsibility

  • - Preparing quotations as per client requirements
  • - Co-ordination with Sales team members to understand client requirements
  • - Maintaining the data in excel formats
  • - Handling office admin activities
  • - Recording and maintaining housekeeping related activities.
  • - Coordinating with vendors and recording the data/Vendor management.
  • - Dealing with office assistants and tracking their expenses daily.
  • - Eye for detail and quick to resolve queries.
  • - Excellent in maintain data records and extremely well proficient in excel
