Roles & Responsibility
- - Preparing quotations as per client requirements
- - Co-ordination with Sales team members to understand client requirements
- - Maintaining the data in excel formats
- - Handling office admin activities
- - Recording and maintaining housekeeping related activities.
- - Coordinating with vendors and recording the data/Vendor management.
- - Dealing with office assistants and tracking their expenses daily.
- - Eye for detail and quick to resolve queries.
- - Excellent in maintain data records and extremely well proficient in excel
