Job Summary:
As a Customer Relationship Executive, you'll be the key liaison between the dealership and customers, ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and driving long-term customer loyalty through personalized service.
Scope of the Job:
- Greet customers and assist with inquiries, test drives, and vehicle selection.
- Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely completion of maintenance.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and participate in training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 2-6 years of experience in customer service, sales, or automotive roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Passion for automobiles and customer service.
