Job Summary:
As a Customer Relationship Executive, you'll be the key liaison between the dealership and customers, ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and driving long-term customer loyalty through personalized service.

Scope of the Job:

  • Greet customers and assist with inquiries, test drives, and vehicle selection.
  • Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely completion of maintenance.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and participate in training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 2-6 years of experience in customer service, sales, or automotive roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Passion for automobiles and customer service.
