Job Description:
Reporting to Recruitment Manager
Scope of Work:
Recruitment Delivery
- Use job board search, advertising & in-house tools to source for potential talents in given marketplace.
- Phone-screen and apply logical questioning to pre-qualify candidate for given requisition order
- Provide weekly report of talents sourced & progress for every recruitment order.
- Update ATS with real time data.
- Format Resumes to meet organisation's standard
- Job Advertising with job boards, social media
- KPIs would be based on no.of candidates submitted per requisition, time to submit CVs, no. of placements in a month
- Answer all business related calls and guide as necessary
Job Requirements:
Any diploma or degree, preferably in business or any science
At least 1 years of experience in recruitment or human resources or manpower agencies
Fearless of making cold calls to client prospects and candidate prospects
Proficient in MS Office, Website data mining & Skype
Result oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
Good email & telephone etiquettes
Good Negotiation & objection handling skills
Great time management & effective following up skills
Have great communication skills in English and knowing a regional language would be an advantage
