• Manage project planning and deliverables according to SOW.
• Conduct site visits for analysis and guidance.
• Lead and mentor team members on technical aspects.
• Perform electrical design calculations and power system studies using software like PSCAD.
• Validate power system study results and provide technical support for customer proposals.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes and standards.

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of proven experience in power systems and electrical engineering.
• Proficiency in PSCAD; familiarity with CDEGS, ETAP, and AutoCAD is a plus.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Self-starter with project management acumen.
