Job Scope:
As an HR Manager, you will lead recruitment efforts, manage employee relations, oversee performance reviews, and drive employee development initiatives. You will also handle payroll, benefits, compensation, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure an inclusive and engaging work environment. Additionally, you will collaborate with the operations team on sales forecasts and training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes
- Manage employee relations and performance reviews
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation
- Develop and implement HR policies
- Organize sales forecasts and weekly review meetings
- Drive Training & Development initiatives
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in HR management
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, recruitment, and employee relations
- Experience with payroll and compensation management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
