Job Scope:
As a Store Incharge, you will be responsible for managing inventory, overseeing material handling, and ensuring efficient store operations at construction sites. You will maintain stock records, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the timely availability of materials for smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations and inventory control.
- Maintain records of inward and outward materials as per company standards.
- Ensure proper storage, tagging, and periodic stock verification.
- Coordinate with vendors for material deliveries and procurement.
- Monitor fast-moving items and ensure timely replenishment.
- Prepare consumption reports and maintain stock ledgers.
- Follow safety and compliance guidelines for material handling.
Qualifications:
- 2-6 years of experience in store management, preferably in the real estate/construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, material handling, and stock reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP software, and store management tools.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
