Business Development Manager 
Bangalore

A leading global provider of electrical engineering solutions with 29+ years of expertise is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand market presence for Lightning Protection & Earthing Systems across multiple industries.

Role Overview:

  • Engage with existing clients & generate new leads.
  • Develop sales strategies and manage key accounts, consultants, and contractors.
  • Review RFQs, coordinate pricing & product specifications, and secure orders.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research.
  • Handle tenders via channel partners & contractors.
  • Travel within the assigned region (3-4 days/week).

Qualifications:

BE/B.Tech (Electrical & Electronics) with 2-5 years of experience in electrical product sales.
Experience in B2B, B2C, Key Account Management & working with consultants/contractors.
Knowledge of Lightning Protection & Earthing Systems is a plus.
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
