Scope of the Role
The Desk Side Support Engineer will provide on-site support for Microsoft 365 rollouts, installation, troubleshooting, basic training, and technical assistance for end-users.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in Office 365/Desktop support roles

  • Hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 apps

  • Ability to deliver basic user training and coordinate with IT support teams for escalations

  • Knowledge of IT security policies and compliance practices

  • Immediate to 45 days notice period availability.
