Scope of the Role
The Desk Side Support Engineer will provide on-site support for Microsoft 365 rollouts, installation, troubleshooting, basic training, and technical assistance for end-users.
Qualifications

3-4 years of experience in Office 365/Desktop support roles

Hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 apps

Ability to deliver basic user training and coordinate with IT support teams for escalations

Knowledge of IT security policies and compliance practices

Immediate to 45 days notice period availability.
