Role Overview

The Senior Executive Sales will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring timely execution of sales processes. This role involves field visits, lead generation, follow-ups, and preparing essential sales documents and reports.

Scope of the Job

  • Acquire new customers and achieve area-wise sales targets.
  • Conduct customer visits, gather market data, cold call, and send proposals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for demos, sampling, dispatch, and logistics.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and leverage them for new references.
  • Handle after-sales support, issue resolution, and timely payment follow-ups.
  • Prepare quotations, contracts, confirmations, and sales communications.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales & MIS reports.

Qualifications

  • Minimum graduate.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and coordination activities.
