Scope of the Job

Drive regional revenue growth through B2B direct sales and dealer-led business across Bangalore and South Karnataka

Develop and execute regional sales strategies, key account plans, and market expansion initiatives
-
Build, onboard, and strengthen dealer and distributor networks

Manage high-value industrial clients, tenders, and large project negotiations
-
Conduct technical presentations, site visits, and customer solutioning
-
Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance using CRM tools
Qualifications
-
Bachelors / Masters degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

12+ years of experience in B2B direct sales within gensets, power solutions, capital equipment, or engineered products
-
Proven ability to close large industrial deals and manage key accounts

Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
-
Hands-on experience with tenders, contracts, and CRM-based sales management
-
Willingness to travel extensively within the region
