RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Screen CVs and shortlist candidates for intern and junior-level positions, ensuring alignment with job requirements and recruitment timelines.
  • Regularly update and maintain the hiring database to ensure accurate candidate tracking.
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to recruitment, including organizing and archiving candidate documents (hard copies and digital files), and managing deadlines for application submissions.
  • Format candidate CVs to align with the Savills template and branding standards.
  • Create and edit recruitment content (text, images, etc.) for job postings, social media campaigns, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Share and post job vacancies across platforms as directed by the recruitment team.
  • Support recruitment events, job fairs, and internal hiring initiatives.
  • Other tasks assigned by direct manager or assigned manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Open-minded, resilient, eager to learn, and agile in adjusting/adapting your scope when needed.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills (English proficiency is required).
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office tools.
