Intern of Industrial Real Estate Services

DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW: Industrial team supports all stakeholders wishing to diversify local or regional portfolios, expand current operations, dispose or acquire facilities, assets and land, lease strategic industrial assets, or support market entry.

There are 7 industrial solutions: Development Consultancy; Market Research; Landlord Advisory; Tenant Representation; Valuations; Investment Brokerage; Sale & Leaseback.

INTERNS' DUTIES:

• Update Client database through cold calls, collecting business cards and contacts.
• Assist colleagues making cold calls, and sales calls.
• Support colleagues drafting proposals, business letters, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Final-year students or recent graduates
• Detail-oriented, dynamic, and commercially minded individuals
• Good grades and active extracurriculars are an advantage
• Preferably from backgrounds in business, finance, or economics - though applicants from all disciplines are welcome
• Proficient in English
• Able to intern fulltime (4 months)

Working location: Savills Office, 21/F, West Tower, Lotte Center, 54 Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.

Working time: Monday to Friday.
