RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle and deliver high-quality design outputs across marketing and corporate communication materials in a fast-paced environment.
  • Plan and prioritise workload effectively, managing multiple requests from different teams while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to execute design tasks efficiently.
  • Translate business and marketing requirements into clear, visually compelling design solutions aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Execute a wide range of design materials, including: Brand collaterals in line with brand guidelines/ Marketing materials (presentations, reports, sales kits, event backdrops, etc.)/ Digital assets (banners, landing pages, social media content)/ Multimedia support (basic video editing, image retouching, coordination for shoots if needed)
  • Apply AI tools where appropriate to improve speed, efficiency, and creative output.
  • Ensure consistency in visual identity across all channels while contributing fresh and creative ideas.
  • Support the improvement of design workflows, templates, and asset organisation to enhance efficiency.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and proactively follow through until completion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in agency, real estate, or corporate environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with AI-supported design tools and ability to apply them in daily work.
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
  • Good understanding of branding, layout, and digital design.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and work under pressure.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Good command of English.
