About the job Senior Account Executive
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for Senior Account Executive to drive and manage branding and marketing projects at Savills Marketing and Corporate Communication Department. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building client relationships, delivering client support, and ensuring all proposals and campaigns are delivered successfully.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience working in a branding and marketing environment. You will need to create marketing ideas, drive branding services, and work closely with the team to deliver proposals and campaigns for clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1/ Business Development
- Develop new business with existing and new clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet the revenue target
- Negotiate and/or assist team negotiate with the Clients to get the contracts signed
- Build, manage and develop client relationships
- Guide and supervise the teams work quality to ensure met the clients' expectations.
- Set, monitor, and report on team goals (managing budget and team profit
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Department.
2/ Marketing
- Create, develop, and manage ideas to deliver branding and marketing proposals and campaigns
- Develop and manage branding projects from the conceptual stages to implementation and evaluation. This includes running branding workshops, research, defining brand strategy and identity, and guidelines
- Contribute ideas, concepts, insights for branding/ digital marketing/ communication campaigns.
- Provide analysis, interpretations, and results of performance.
- Review design, editing and drafts before sending to the Creative team.
REQUIREMENTS:
Technical requirements:
- Degree in Branding, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience working in branding and marketing agencies (prefer international agencies).
- Knowledge of and hands-on experience with SEO, web development, Google Adwords, and email marketing. Experience with webinars and high-tech marketing (virtual tours) is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a can-do attitude, strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in English.
