About the Role

Join Savills APAC's AI Innovation team to build intelligent, production-grade solutions — AI agents, RAG pipelines, and Microsoft Copilot integrations — that automate workflows and drive measurable value across commercial real estate operations. You will work directly with the AI Lead and business stakeholders across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Build agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems for real estate automation
• Build and deploy AI agents using Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Copilot Studio, integrating with M365 services for enterprise deployment
• Develop RAG pipelines connecting LLMs to corporate knowledge bases and documents
• Build and consume REST APIs, MCP servers, and vendor database integrations
• Write clean Python / C# code, contribute to code reviews and technical documentation

Education & Baseline

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• Fundamentals and software engineering practices
• Strong in Programming Language, Python / C#
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows
• Genuine passion for AI with the drive to learn new frameworks on the job

Preferred

• Cloud platform experience: Azure (must), AWS, or Google Cloud
• Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, or equivalent AI certifications
