Intern of Commercial Leasing

DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW: Savills Leasing team constantly monitors space availability, in our exclusive leasing projects and the wider market to constantly ensure a wide range of options for tenants – whatever their budget or requirements.

INTERNS' DUTIES:

• Client database updates.
• Assist colleagues make cold calls, and sales calls.
• Assist colleagues draft and prepare proposals, letters, etc.
• Support event preparations.
• Finding sites with leasing potential.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Final-year students or recent graduates
• Detail-oriented, dynamic, and commercially minded individuals
• Good grades and active extracurriculars are an advantage
• Preferably from backgrounds in business, finance, or economics - though applicants from all disciplines are welcome
• Proficient in English
• Able to intern fulltime (4 months)

Working location: Savills Office, 21/F, West Tower, Lotte Center, 54 Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.

Working time: Monday to Friday.
