RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment Support
- Support job posting activities across recruitment channels.
- Conduct CV screening and shortlist candidates based on hiring requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Update candidate information and maintain recruitment databases.
- Prepare hiring trackers.
- Support recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding activities when required.
Onboarding & Documentation Support
- Support onboarding administration for new hires.
- Follow up with candidates to collect required onboarding documents and personal records.
- Review submitted documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Scan, organize, and maintain employee files in both physical and electronic formats.
- Support document filing and records management in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure onboarding documents are completed on time.
- Assist in preparing onboarding packages and employee information records.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, able to handle confidential information and agile in adjusting/adapting your scope when needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good English communication is an advantage.
