Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Operations

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with budget and operational plans.
  • Oversee supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.
  • Manage product categories, purchasing priorities, and inventory (min–max levels, safety stock).
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply risks

Logistics & Distribution

  • Supervise goods movement between suppliers, warehouses, and operational sites.
  • Identify improvements and control risks related to delays, shortages, damages, and documentation errors.

Supplier & Contract Management

  • Establish and manage supplier performance evaluation systems.
  • Conduct regular supplier reviews and maintain backup suppliers for critical categories.
  • Manage contracts from negotiation to execution, renewal, and termination in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Budget & Cost Optimization

  • Prepare, manage, and forecast procurement budgets.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives such as bulk purchasing, order consolidation, and supplier optimization.
  • Coordinate closely with departments/projects to ensure timely and quality procurement execution.

Process, Compliance & Reporting

  • Standardize procurement and logistics processes in compliance with internal policies and Vietnamese law.
  • Maintain procurement, inventory, and supplier data systems with full documentation control.
  • Work with Finance/Accounting to complete procurement payments.
  • Prepare periodic reports and advise Management on supply status, risks, and contingency plans.

Other Duties

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
  • 5–7 years of procurement experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and logistics regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in managing procurement, inventory, and supplier databases with strong data analysis skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, supplier management, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and process-standardization capabilities.
