RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Content creation on social media: Increase employer brand visibility on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) by developing various types of creative content, designs, and artworks.
  • Press release:
    o Support the crafting of press materials and articles for branding purposes.
    o Assist in following up with vendors for relevant tracking and reports.
  • Support in capturing videos/pictures of events for branding materials.
  • Assist in providing creative solutions for internal and external communications, promoting talent management and training activities, and fostering a learning culture within the organization.
  • Assist in hiring process, including data input, CV screening, and interview arrangement.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to demonstrate skills in communications/content development and graphic design (Canva, etc.).
  • Open-minded, resilient, eager to learn, and agile in adjusting/adapting scope of work when needed.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills (English proficiency is required).
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office tools.
