Product Analyst Intern

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Product Analyst Intern to support the product team in analyzing data, tracking product performance, and transforming insights into actionable recommendations. This role is ideal for candidates interested in product management, business analysis, and data analytics within a technology-driven and professional consulting environment.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Analyze product usage data, user behavior, and key performance metrics.

• Build dashboards and reports to monitor and evaluate product performance.

• Support Product Managers in defining KPIs and success metrics.

• Conduct market, user, and competitor analysis.

• Assist in A/B testing analysis and feature performance evaluation.

• Translate business requirements into data-driven insights.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and analytical insights for internal stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, with a solid academic foundation in data analysis and business concepts.

• Good communication skills, with proficiency in English, enabling effective collaboration and clear communication in a professional working environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret data, identify patterns, and propose logical, data-driven solutions.

• Ability to communicate insights clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders, translating complex data into understandable and actionable information.
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI), with the ability to present data in a clear, structured, and meaningful manner.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Understanding of product metrics such as conversion, retention, churn, and funnel analysis.
• Basic knowledge of Agile / Scrum product development methodologies.
• Experience using product management or collaboration tools such as Click Up, Confluence, and Notion.
