Intern of Investment

DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW: Investment team supports commercial and residential developers, investors, and occupiers of properties in Vietnam. Advisory services include financing, acquisition, and disposal of properties.

INTERNS' DUTIES:

• Prepare marketing materials: investment flyers, teasers, and memoranda.
• Regularly updating the database through email, cold calls, in-person-contact.
• Assist the team revising brokerage contracts or cooperation agreements.
• Arrange meetings, or site inspections, between vendor and purchaser.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Final-year students or fresh graduates who are dynamic, confident, sociable, and driven.
• Interested and keen to know more about real estate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Able to intern fulltime (4-6 months)

Working location: Savills Office, 21/F, West Tower, Lotte Center, 54 Lieu Giai, Giang Vo, Hanoi.

Working time: Monday to Friday.
