The Sales Executive – Industrial & Land Investment (Chinese Speaking) will be responsible for supporting business development and client relationship management activities within the industrial and land investment sector. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, engaging with Chinese-speaking investors and occupiers, as well as other client groups, coordinating property transactions, and delivering professional advisory services to clients seeking industrial facilities and land investment opportunities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Industrial & Land Investment team to drive revenue growth and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial and land investment market, with a focus on Chinese-speaking clients and investors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local and overseas Chinese-speaking occupiers, investors, developers, and business partners.
  • Support the execution of sales and leasing strategies to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
  • Conduct client outreach, generate leads, and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and marketing materials tailored to client requirements.
  • Assist clients throughout the transaction process, from initial inquiry through to deal completion.
  • Travel independently or with the team to meet clients and visit site locations as required or requested by supervisor, including for client meetings, property surveys, site inspections, and other business-related activities.

    Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
    • Understand client requirements and provide suitable industrial property and land investment solutions.
    • Arrange and conduct property inspections, site visits, and client meetings.
    • Act as a key point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients, facilitating clear communication and effective relationship management.

    Market Research & Advisory

    • Conduct market research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industrial property, logistics, and land investment trends.
    • Monitor market activities, competitor movements, and investment opportunities.
    • Gather and analyze market intelligence to support client recommendations and business development initiatives.
    • Prepare market updates, client reports, and advisory materials.

    Transaction Support & Administration

    • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
    • Maintain accurate client records, property databases, and sales activity reports.
    • Assist with preparing agreements, sales documentation, and transaction-related materials.
    • Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

    Team Collaboration

    • Work closely with colleagues across agency, research, marketing, and other business units.
    • Participate in team meetings, training programs, networking events, and industry activities.
    • Contribute to achieving overall team objectives and business growth.

    Customer Service

    • Deliver a high standard of professional service to clients.
    • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
    • Collect client feedback and identify opportunities to enhance service quality and client experience.

    Requirements

    • Thai nationality
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
    • 1–3 years' experience in industrial property, real estate, or B2B sales
    • Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English both spoken and written
    • Strong understanding of industrial properties (warehouses, factories, logistics facilities) is preferred
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
    • Ability to work with international clients and cross-cultural environments
    • Knowledge of industrial zoning, logistics locations, or BOI-related requirements is an advantage
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
    • Candidates with their own vehicle is preferred
