Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Casino Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in attracting and retaining high-value players to Savan Resorts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in casino marketing, exceptional communication skills in English, Chinese, and Thai, and a deep understanding of the Southeast Asian gaming market.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase casino revenue, player acquisition, and retention.

  • Campaign Management: Plan and implement targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, events, and partnerships.

  • Player Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value players, tailoring personalized experiences and incentives to enhance loyalty.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities, adapting strategies as needed.

  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal return on investment for all marketing initiatives.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including operations, finance, and entertainment, to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in casino marketing, preferably in the Southeast Asian market.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, Chinese, and Thai (both written and verbal) is essential.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM software, and digital marketing platforms.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
