Job Title: Guest Experience Liaison (GEL)

The GEL is responsible for ensuring that all guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay at the hotel. They are responsible for providing concierge services, helping to resolve guest complaints, and providing directions to local attractions.

Summary:

The Guest Experience Liaison (GEL) is the core of our Savan Resorts hospitality. As a GEL, you will ensure that our guests have an exceptional and memorable experience from the moment they arrive until they depart. Your expertise in casino gaming, coupled with your fluency in English, Chinese, and Thai, will be invaluable in serving our diverse clientele. Apart from the casino, you will involve guests in a variety of entertainment activities, forging lasting connections and nurturing a warm, welcoming ambiance.

Responsibilities:

  • Casino Expertise:
  • Welcome guests to the casino and offer guidance on games, rules, and procedures.
  • Provide personalized assistance to casino players, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Establish rapport with casino patrons, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat visits.
    • Utilize your fluency in English, Chinese, and Thai to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
    • Translate casino information, promotional materials, and announcements as needed.
    • Assist with guest check-in, check-out, and other administrative tasks that necessitate multilingual communication.
      • Organize and accompany guests on excursions, dinners, and entertainment outings beyond the resort.
      • Facilitate cultural exchange and impart local insights to guests, enhancing their experience.
      • Participate in resort events and activities, fostering a vibrant and engaging atmosphere.
        • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
        • Collaborate with other departments to guarantee seamless service delivery.
        • Maintain a positive and welcoming demeanor at all times, embodying the resort's dedication to guest satisfaction.

        Qualifications:

        • Casino Background: Proven experience working in a casino environment.
        • Language Fluency: Excellent command of English, Chinese, and Thai (both spoken and written).
        • Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
        • Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to diverse cultures and customs.
        • Flexibility: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

        Preferred Qualifications:

        • Experience in hospitality or customer service.
        • Knowledge of local attractions and entertainment options.
