Job Title: Casino Operations Manager (Chinese/English Fluency)

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Casino Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Savan Resorts casino. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in casino management, exceptional leadership skills, and strong fluency in both Chinese and English. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the casino, maximizing profitability, and delivering an exceptional gaming experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Manage all aspects of the casino's daily operations, including gaming floor management, staff supervision, and adherence to regulatory compliance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of casino staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained at all times, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Financial Performance: Monitor and analyze financial performance, implementing strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing and promotional campaigns to attract and retain guests.
  • Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all relevant gaming regulations and internal control procedures.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to guest experience.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operational performance, financial results, and key performance indicators.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English is mandatory. Proficiency in Thai is a significant advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in casino operations management, preferably in a similar resort setting.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage and motivate teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain relevant gaming licenses.
  • Knowledge of casino management systems and technology.
