Intermediate Dev/Ops Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused DevOps Engineer to strengthen our software development lifecycle through robust CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and a strong emphasis on system reliability, scalability, and security. The ideal candidate blends technical expertise with a team-oriented mindset to streamline collaboration between development and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance, availability, and scalability

• Partner with development teams to resolve production issues and support feature rollouts

• Apply security best practices in cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Oversee configuration management and enforce version control standards

• Manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes

• Build and maintain observability systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline

• 2-4 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or system administration

• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell)

• In-depth knowledge of networking, security, and infrastructure-as-code principles

• Practical experience with one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes (e.g., CKA/CKAD)

• Experience with incident response processes and observability tooling

• Strong documentation habits and a focus on continuous process improvement
