Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Contract WordPress Developer to assist with integrating a meeting hosting on a theme with a plugin and implementing an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) plugin for our organization. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, deliver high-quality code, and ensure seamless integration of plugins and themes.

Responsibilities:

  • Customize and extend WordPress themes to meet project requirements.
  • Integrate a meeting hosting theme with a plugin for optimal functionality.
  • Implement an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) plugin to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Modify existing plugins and develop custom solutions as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WordPress development.
  • Optimize website performance and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Stay updated on WordPress best practices, trends, and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a WordPress Developer 
  • Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
  • Experience with custom theme development and plugin customization.
  • Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs and plugins.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • Flexible schedule and availability to work remotely.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience with meeting hosting themes and related plugins.
