Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with over 5 years of relevant experience and Mandatory PMP certification to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to define project requirements, establish project timelines, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timeline, and budget. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Resource Allocation: Identify and allocate resources necessary to complete the project, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Manage resource utilization to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations. Conduct regular project reviews and implement necessary changes to improve project outcomes.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and address issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
  • Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring expenses are within approved limits. Report on financial performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience.
  • Proven experience managing projects through the entire project lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
