Proven Work Track Record:
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud (or Vlocity) and Service Cloud implementation and maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Implement Salesforce Communications Cloud (or Vlocity) and Service Cloud solutions.
- Maintain and support existing Salesforce Communications Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
- Collaborate with multiple business units to ensure the system meets the needs of the contact center and other departments.
- Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance and expertise in cloud solutions.
- Ensure the team has the necessary certifications and training to effectively support Salesforce solutions.
Skills:
- Strong project management skills, proven by PMP Certification.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Communications Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience working in environments with multiple business units and contact centers.
- Leadership skills to manage and guide a team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
