Responsibilities:

- Conduct research to understand target audience needs, preferences, and pain points, and incorporate insights into content development.
- Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy that communicates key messages and drives desired actions, such as clicks, sign-ups, or purchases.
- Adapt writing style and tone to match brand voice and guidelines across different channels and platforms.
- Proofread and edit copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards and guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in copywriting and content marketing.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and refine messaging for various marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate ideas and contribute to overall creative direction and strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or related roles.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling copy.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative ideas and concepts.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in grammar, punctuation, and AP style.
- Experience with SEO best practices and keyword research is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and project management tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Portfolio showcasing writing samples and examples of previous work.
