Job Summary: ONSITE
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Middleweight OSS (Network Operations Engineer) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our operational support systems, with a specific focus on CRM and Fusion Middleware technologies. You will ensure the performance, stability, and security of our network operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network operations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide support for CRM and Fusion Middleware applications, including Oracle WebLogic and Oracle Fusion Middleware.
- Manage and support Oracle WebCenter Content Management and its integration with existing systems.
- Configure and maintain IBM WebSphere Portal, IBM MQ, and IBM LDAP to support business operations.
- Implement and manage Kafka for real-time data streaming and integration.
- Utilize ElasticSearch, LogStash, and Kibana for log management, monitoring, and visualization of system performance.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve system issues and improve operational processes.
- Ensure system security and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and operational procedures.
- Participate in on-call support rotations and incident management as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in network operations engineering, with a focus on OSS.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Oracle WebLogic, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and Oracle WebCenter Content Management.
- Familiarity with IBM WebSphere Portal, IBM MQ, and IBM LDAP.
- Experience with Kafka for data streaming and integration.
- Proficiency in using ElasticSearch, LogStash, and Kibana for monitoring and log management.
- Understanding of CRM systems and their integration within the middleware environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in Oracle, IBM, or related technologies.
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of network protocols and infrastructure.
