  • Exceptional skills in presentation, judgment, strategic planning, and organization.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capacity to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and an effective team collaborator.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Relationships:

  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with customers and franchises.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for our client's Software Solutions across diverse contexts.
  • Engage key decision-makers within client organisations to drive sales.
  • Develop and deliver professional presentations and proposals tailored to address customer needs, proposed solutions, costs, and technology.
  • Articulate technology and pricing models clearly to clients.
  • Provide clients with up-to-date technical information and strategic advice.
  • Identify and highlight customer needs, offering tailored solutions.

Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our client's software solutions and service offerings.
  • Elevate the sales teams product knowledge through comprehensive training and support.
  • Lead training sessions and assist franchise sales teams with product demonstrations.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to implement budgets and sales targets.
  • Foster customer relationships to prepare for purchases and encourage system upgrades.
  • Proactively address customer objections with effective strategies.
  • Present detailed solution and cost recovery proposals based on thorough industry knowledge.
  • Employ a consultative approach in selling software solutions.
  • Uphold professionalism, punctuality, and courtesy in all customer interactions.
  • Engage confidently in boardroom meetings as well as discussions with end-users and IT specialists.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge through ongoing training and document reviews.
  • Achieve monthly sales performance targets and objectives.

Other Assignments:

  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Chief Sales Officer or other C-level executives.
