Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and address potential bottlenecks proactively.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, marketing, finance) to ensure alignment on priorities and expectations.
- Maintain and update project timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and any changes.
- Manage client accounts, including budget tracking, invoicing, and reporting on account performance.
- Work closely with leadership to streamline workflows and optimise operational efficiency.
- Provide regular status updates to clients and internal teams, ensuring transparency and clear communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account coordination, project management, or traffic management.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
