Senior 3D Artist

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Senior 3D Artist to join our creative team. As a Senior 3D Artist, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual direction of our projects, leveraging your expertise to create stunning and immersive 3D artwork. You will collaborate closely with other artists, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality visuals that exceed client expectations and elevate our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop high-quality 3D assets, environments, and characters for use in projects across various platforms.
• Collaborate with art directors, designers, and developers to ensure artistic vision is aligned with project goals and technical specifications.
• Utilize industry-standard software and tools to model, texture, rig, animate, and render assets.
• Maintain high standards of quality and consistency while meeting deadlines.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior artists, fostering skill development and growth within the team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance skills and workflows.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Art, Design, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a 3D artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter, etc.
• Solid understanding of lighting, texturing, and rendering techniques.
• Strong artistic and technical skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
