Key Responsibilities:

- Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
- Support Project Implementation: Assist in the implementation of new processes and systems by providing support to project teams.
- Testing and Validation: Participate in the testing phase to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and perform as expected.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates on project progress.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to support business decisions and strategy development.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements to business processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Familiarity with business analysis tools and software is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and business requirements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business environments and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
