JOB PURPOSE

To act as a direct interface between the company, its franchises, and the channel sales network.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience and Skills Required

  • Minimum requirement: Matric

  • Business diploma/qualification will be an added advantage

  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years experience

  • Knowledge of the ICT environment

  • Must be able to work under pressure

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES:

  • Design a strategy to grow across all product offerings and drive uptake within the channel network to create a substantial and sustainable annuity revenue stream

  • Identify opportunities and new ways to grow revenue across the product stack

  • Accountable for meeting and exceeding sales budgets

  • Maximize monthly sales performance against targets and goals

  • Ensure sufficient understanding of all products within the franchise channel

  • Protect and increase the sales revenue stream with current and new customers

  • Support franchise teams in customer engagements to ensure deal closures

PROFITABILITY:

  • Ensure that franchises are aware of all internal initiatives, drives, and systems, and are leveraging these for optimal results

  • Analyze and grow profitability within assigned franchise portfolios

  • Assess the financial health of each franchise

RELATIONSHIP BUILDING & NETWORKING:

  • Internal: Executives, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, HR, Service Delivery, IT, Project Office

  • External: Franchise Holders, Customers, Service Providers, OEMs, etc.

OTHER ASSIGNMENTS:

  • Perform additional assignments as requested by the Head of Sales or Chief Sales Officer

  • Candidate will be required to travel to Bloemfontein, Vaal, and Upington as part of the role
