Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with PRINCE2 certification to lead and manage projects from initiation through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project objectives are met and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, and resources, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Oversee project execution, manage changes, and adapt plans as necessary.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to define project requirements, set expectations, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and control risks throughout the project to minimize impact on project objectives.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial resources are utilized effectively. Provide regular financial reports and forecasts.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities. Foster a collaborative environment and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to organizational policies and procedures. Conduct project reviews and implement improvements as needed.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, and status updates. Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements:
- PRINCE2 Certification: PRINCE2 Practitioner or similar project management certification.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager with a track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish. Experience in [industry, if applicable] is a plus.
- Skills: Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and methodologies. Ability to interpret technical requirements and collaborate with technical teams.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or additional certifications are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies is advantageous.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations or standards.
- Experience in managing projects with cross-functional and remote teams.
