Minimum Requirements:

Education: Matric (Grade 12)

A+ and N+ Essential

Additional certifications in PABX, Yeastar, or 3CX Highly advantageous

Experience:
5 years in a technical field support or installation technician role

Hands-on experience with a range of hardware and software products
-
Drivers License: Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle Required
Key Responsibilities:

On-site installation and configuration of various systems and technologies
-
Working independently or with a team to deliver high-quality installations
-
Client-facing interaction during installation and support processes
-
Documentation and reporting of installation timelines and project scope
-
Adhering to health & safety and technical compliance standards
Technical Skills & Product Knowledge (Must Have):
Voice & Communication Systems:
-
PABX systems
-
Yeastar
-
3CX
Certifications in any of the above will be a strong advantage
Surveillance & Access Control:
-
CCTV systems
-
Biometric systems
-
General surveillance technologies
-
Hikvision systems Advantageous
Industry Background:
Preference will be given to candidates with experience at companies such as:

Daisy
-
BCX
-
Itec
Or similar ICT solution integrators or telecommunications providers
Installation Portfolio Required:
Applicants must provide evidence of prior installation work, including:
