Midweight 2D Graphic & Animation Designer

About the Role:
Were looking for a talented Midweight 2D Graphic & Animation Designer to join our creative team in Ilovo. The ideal candidate has strong design instincts, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to bring ideas to life through both motion and static design. Youll work across digital and print mediums, creating high-quality visuals that align with our brand identity and campaign goals.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce 2D animated content for social media, digital campaigns, and internal videos.
• Design visual assets for print and digital including posters, social templates, infographics, and marketing materials.
• Adapt existing brand and campaign templates while maintaining design consistency.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content team to conceptualize creative ideas for various platforms.
• Manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Ensure all artwork is optimized for each platform and print-ready when applicable.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and animation.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and motion principles.
• Experience designing for both print and social media platforms.
• Ability to take direction and contribute creative input during concept development.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• A portfolio showcasing both motion and static work is required.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Premiere Pro or video editing.
• Familiarity with social media ad specs and design trends.
• Basic understanding of brand strategy and storytelling.
