$20,000 Sign-on Bonus - Minimum 1-year Cath Lab experience required to qualify for the sign-on bonus
RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE: Amount is negotiable based on relocation distance & comes with a 2-year work requirement (paid out within 30 days of submission of receipts). If someone received both sign-on & relocation assistance, the total commitment would be for 2 yrs.
Salary: The salary offered is based on years of experience. 0 years of experience is the minimum and 29/30 years of experience is the maximum.
Shift/Weekend Rotation: Monday and Friday; 8-hour shifts: 7 am 3:30 pm
Call Schedule: 10-13 nights/month; minimum 1-2 weekends/month
Volume/Caseload: 30 plus scheduled cases per week
Types of Procedures: TCAR, AAA, Peripheral vascular, Pacemakers, Defibrillators, Right and Left Heart Cath, STEMI, and Stroke
SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS (pay is based on the majority of hours worked)
Evening Shift (3 pm 11:30 pm) = 8%
Night Shift (11:00 pm 7:30 am) = 11%
No Weekend Differential
The Cath Lab Technologist works in the cardiovascular catheterization laboratory performing a number of special duties including, but not limited to, operating all of the radiographic fluoroscopic equipment while performing general diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Works with and provides assistance to all physicians, technologists, and nurses, to maintain a customer-friendly environment in the laboratory. Participates and shares with call rotation, while adhering to variable shift scheduling. The Cath Lab Technologist is accountable for compliance with all hospital and applicable regulatory standards of licenses/certificates.

Minimum Requirements:
One of the following:
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
Cardiovascular technologist (CVT)
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)
BLS on the first day or to be assigned by the Learning Center
ACLS - within 3 months of hire (to be assigned by the Learning Center)
At least one year of experience in diagnostic and interventional procedures in a cardiac and/or general catheterization laboratory
At least 1 year experience in digital and cine imaging and archiving.
