ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

We are seeking an experienced civil litigator. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of defense experience in areas such as general liability, premises liability, auto accidents, worksite accidents, product liability cases, or construction defect cases.

Strong research and writing skills are essential, as is trial experience. Experience in appellate work is a plus.

 You will be responsible for all aspects of the cases assigned to you, including discovery, motion practice, and trials. Being a team player is crucial in our collaborative environment.

Billable hours - they usually write 2000 in their offer letters however they are negotiable to 1850 depending on the candidate

Salary - 130k to 180k plus bonus
