Qualifications:
- Educational, certification, and/or licensure requirements;
- Rad Tech: ARRT, certifications within 18 months w/ reimbursement provided
- Cardiac Interventional Technologist: ACLS and BLS
- EP:: ARRT, KY operators license, ACLS, and BLS RCIS or RCES certification required.
Salary and shift differential pay;
- Cath/EP Lab $33.61-$52.10 / Shift Diff: $4.40/8.00 per hour call pay
- Cardiovascular $31.41-$48.69 / Shift Diff: $4.40
- Work hours and on-call hours required; 7a-7p or 8a-6:30p
- On call: Cath Lab 6:30p-7a weekdays and weekends 7a Saturday-7a Monday
- No On call of EP: you stay late to finish cases.
- Relocation fee and applicable details; Up to $10K for relocation
$20k retention package to these employees for a two-year commitment. 5K in the first check, 5K at the end of 1 year. 10k at the end of year two.
- Number of open positions with same title; 8.4 FTE Cath Lab and EP 6.5 FTE in current state.
- Number of beds in unit/unit size; Bays: 21 in pre/post-op, 6 Cath lab procedure rooms, and 3 EP procedure rooms. It takes up the entire 3rd floor in the heart hospital.
- Clinician/patient ratio; Team 3:1/Stemi 4:1
- Average number of patients cared for daily in unit; average 30 cases per day
- Types of diagnoses and patients cared for in units: STEMI, NSTEMI, Ablations, Pacemakers, TAVR, TMVR, Structural Heart Procedures, Watchman, Mitra Clips, PCI, Impella, Right and Left Heart Catheterizations
