Job Description:

As a Lead Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of commercial HVAC systems and generators. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring high standards of service and efficient project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems and generators.

  • Lead and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment operates efficiently.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with HVAC systems and generators.

  • Coordinate with clients to schedule maintenance and repair services, providing exceptional customer service.

  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including diagnostics, repairs, and parts used.

  • Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and regulations.

  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

  • Assist in training new technicians and developing team capabilities.

  • Provide leadership and support during emergency repair situations.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of commercial HVAC experience or generator rental repair experience.

  • Proven leadership experience in an HVAC or related field.

  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Good communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • EPA Certification (preferred but not required).
