Job Description:
As a Lead Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of commercial HVAC systems and generators. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring high standards of service and efficient project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems and generators.
Lead and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with HVAC systems and generators.
Coordinate with clients to schedule maintenance and repair services, providing exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including diagnostics, repairs, and parts used.
Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and regulations.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Assist in training new technicians and developing team capabilities.
Provide leadership and support during emergency repair situations.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of commercial HVAC experience or generator rental repair experience.
Proven leadership experience in an HVAC or related field.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
EPA Certification (preferred but not required).
