VENTURE CAPITAL & EMERGING COMPANIES ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

We are seeking candidates with:

• Experience leading venture finance transactions, M&A, and corporate governance matters 
• Familiarity with startup/financing documents, including convertible notes, SAFEs, priced equity rounds, NVCA model documents, SAFTs, and Token offerings
•  Strong transactional experience, including drafting commercial agreements, negotiating with opposing counsel, and leading teams on diligence and closing transactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of four years of venture capital industry experience
• Ability to lead deal teams and transactions from inception through closing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to work independently
• Team player with the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and collaborate across the Firm's capabilities and practice areas
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (cap table, exit waterfall, and financial modeling tools)
• Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction in which you plan to practice

This position is Hybrid

Salary - 295k to 400k plus bonus
