Responsibilities:
- Goal Setting and Implementation: Develop and implement departmental goals, plans, and standards in alignment with the clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical objectives of the organization.
- Operational Oversight: Direct and evaluate departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
- Staffing Management: Plan and monitor staffing activities, including hiring, orientation, evaluations, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
- Budget Management: Prepare, monitor, and evaluate departmental budgets to ensure Compliance with allocated funding. Coordinate and direct internal and external audits.
- Professional Growth: Create and foster an environment that encourages professional growth and development.
- Evidence-Based Practices: Integrate evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or another healthcare-related field.
- Michigan RN license.
- Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS-HCP) certification.
- 4 years of management experience.
- 2 years of case management experience.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that departmental operations align with organizational objectives and maintain the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
Salary - 92k to 124k plus bonus up to 10% of salary
